Our process has been fine tuned over 15 years to maximize efficiency and results.

Pre-Inspection & Set Up - We arrive at your home and inspect all areas of carpet to be cleaned taking into account your questions and concerns. If pets are in the home we use a commercial grade UV light to look for urine. We set up protective coverings around corners and adjoining floors to keep your home safe and clean.

Vacuum - We vacuum the carpet to remove as much dry soil as possible using commercial grade vacuum cleaners.

Spot and Pretreatment - We treat the entire area to be cleaned with our safe, low odor, biodegradable pretreatment. Tougher staining will be treated with our specialty spotting agents.

Agitation - Our counter rotating brush machine scrubs the treatments down into the fibers while lifting the fibers simultaneously to ensure a complete and deep clean.

Truck-Mounted Steam Clean Rinse - Our state-of-the-art truck mounted system uses heated water and suction to rinse and remove soiling from the carpet. An additional dry pass is made to insure a fast and speedy dry time.

Groom and Drying - Carpet fibers are then groomed and fans are placed strategically around areas to speed up dry times to within 4-5 hours.

Absolutley! Our process involves cleaning solutions that are natural and biodegradable. The pretreatment we use is free of VOCs, polymers, dyes, and added fragrances.
Do you move furniture?
We do offer furniture moving as an additional service including small to medium size pieces that can be reasonably moved by one person. We ask that you move bigger pieces, electronics, breakables, etc prior to the appointment or we will clean around them.
