Refund Policy

Tobias Window Cleaning values customer satisfaction and strives to provide high-quality service on every job. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, re-cleans, and service concerns are handled.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue, which may include a re-clean of the affected area when appropriate.

Refund Eligibility

Because our services are labor-based and results can vary depending on surface condition, refunds are not guaranteed.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • We were unable to complete the agreed-upon service

  • A service error occurred and could not be reasonably corrected

  • A billing error was made

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing stains, damage, discoloration, or wear

  • Results that improve but do not completely remove stains or odors

  • Issues not reported within 24 hours of service completion

  • Services that were completed as agreed upon

Re-Cleans

In many cases, a re-clean is the preferred resolution instead of a refund. If a concern is reported within 24 hours, we may offer to return and address the issue at no additional cost, depending on the situation.

Minimum Service Charges

Minimum service investments, trip charges, or setup fees are non-refundable once service has been performed or a technician has arrived on-site.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or denied access at the time of service may result in a non-refundable trip charge.

Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through communication.

To report a concern or request a re-clean or refund consideration, please contact us using the information below and include:

  • Your name

  • Service date

  • Address or service location

  • Description of the issue
