These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and services provided by Tobias Window Cleaning (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Tobias Window Cleaning provides residential cleaning services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Carpet cleaning

  • Upholstery cleaning

  • Tile & grout cleaning

  • Window cleaning

  • Gutter cleaning

All services are provided at the customer’s request and subject to availability.

Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking.

  • Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs upon arrival.

  • A $150 minimum service charge applies to all jobs unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed upon in advance.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns.

Access to Property

  • Customers are responsible for providing clear access to all areas being serviced.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, locked gates, pets, or furniture not being moved in advance unless previously agreed upon.

Safety & Liability

  • We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during service.

  • Tobias Window Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

    • Worn carpet fibers

    • Pre-existing stains or discoloration

    • Cracked tile or grout

    • Broken window seals or compromised glass

    • Aging or brittle materials

Customers agree that some stains or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.

Pets & Personal Items

  • Pets should be secured during service for their safety and ours.

  • Customers are responsible for removing fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items from service areas.

Website Use

  • All content on this website is the property of Tobias Window Cleaning and may not be copied or reused without permission.

  • Website content is provided for general information only and does not constitute a guarantee of results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tobias Window Cleaning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
